Mambo Pen Case History: End-user
Chrysler was looking for a gift to promote their Fit for
A Kid program, and foster positive relationships with
consumers. The gift was for consumers who brought their car
into a Chrysler service center to check to ensure the
cars safety belts were working properly and that the
consumers child seats were suited for their childrens
age and weight.
Strategy & Execution: IMCs
Mambo pen, with the Fit For A Kid logo engraved
on it, was inside the clip on the service writers
clipboard and was given to consumers by the service writer
as a Thank-You for consumers who brought their cars and
child seats into a Chrysler service center.
Results: The consumers were pleased with Chrysler to offer this service
and for providing such a nice gift. Chrysler was also very happy with the promotion.
