Areaware Cubebot (AW-ET4111)
Objective: A major healthcare provider wanted to motivate their call center employees to implement key Customer Service attributes.
Strategy: The distributor presented IMC’s Areaware Cubebot and the company gave them to all customer service representatives. Employees were asked to post photos of how they “lived the brand” in their everyday role. Employees were asked to use their phone and take a picture of their Cubebot in a scene/pose and then comment about how they used a particular Customer Service attribute in a recent customer service call.
Result: The call center employees enjoyed manipulating the Cubebot as a form of stress relief and gained a better understanding of their role as being an active embodiment of the company.
