IMC “Wrotate” Pen with Star Base

Objective: The human resource department of a commercial helicopter manufacturer wanted a gift for their employees of the month, a program called “Reach for the Stars.”

Strategy: A distributor presented theIMC-W87S “Wrotate”, a ballpoint pen with a high-polished finish over brass, that rests and spins on a high-polished 3-D molded star-shaped base. The distributor felt the rotating pen mirrors the motion of helicopter blades.

Results: The company absolutely loved the item and so did their employees. In fact, the company expanded the use of this promotional item and uses them as gifts to some of their top accounts.
