"Confetti" Heart Frame and “Amore” Keyholder
Objective: With the competition heating up in the on-line dating industry, an on-line dating site wanted to promote their services, attract new members, thank those who recently became members, and give a gift for their clients who met and married through their on-line service.
Strategy: The dating company chose the IMC-AK872 “Amore” heart charm keyholder as a new member gift. It also served as a way for members to identify one another in public places. The keyholder give-a-way was promoted on their website as a “gift with sign-up”. Additionally, the company chose the IMC-F552H “Confetti” heart frame as wedding gifts for those members who met through the dating service and married. The frame had the member photos in it and a message of love and happiness for the future years to come.
Result: The keyholder became so well know, the company decided to incorporate the heart into their logo. The members who married also appreciated their wedding gift and some sent the dating service a photo of their photo frame with a wedding picture inside as a token of their appreciation.
