Superstar (IMC-AP590)

Objective: A major auto mall that encompassed more than 20 dealerships and 50 automobile makes was searching for a way to annually reward salespeople at the individual dealerships, while, at the same time maintaining continuity and a sense of family within the dealerships.

Strategy : The auto mall chose IMC's "Superstar" award to denote the sales excellence and the dual logo areas fit perfectly into their theme. They received the individual names from the dealerships, and IMC personalized the star with the salesperson and dealership names. The large imprint area on the optical crystal base allowed IMC to sandblast the auto mall logo on the face.

Result: The salespeople appreciated the honor as it acknowledged their efforts. The dealerships liked the sense of community under the auto mall umbrella, and the auto mall was able to show support for the individual dealerships. The order for next year is already in-house waiting for the winner's names.
