Account Representatives are responsible for cultivating relationships
and upselling clients to premium products while coordinating details throughout
the order placement process. Responsibilities include taking a high volume of
phone calls relating to pricing, availability, lead time, logo placement and
related art requirements, order status and tracking information while detailing
and editing orders in a timely fashion. This is an extremely fast-paced environment
with many challenges. Our customers are demanding and volume is high.
The ideal candidate will be mature-minded, articulate and sharp, an excellent
communicator, both written and verbal, multi-talented, detail oriented and highly
organized with great follow-up skills.
